Richard Schaal is owner of Tioga Travel which has been located in Owego, NY since 1984. Richard is an independent travel consultant working from his "virtual office" and also with the staff at Jetaway Travel located at 907 East Main Street in Endicott, NY.
Richard began his travel career at TWA Central Reservations in NYC in the '70s. In 1980 he became the owner/manager of a travel agency in Vestal, NY and in 1984 he established Tioga Travel in Owego, NY. For 35 years he has traveled the world both as a tourist and as a group leader for many leisure and business activities. Richard is experienced in planning and monitoring everything from large group functions to honeymoons and has operated as a travel planner for many corporations, both large and small. Crispness and attention to detail keep his customers coming back again and again.
